Ojomo Oladoyinbo Olusanmi is a graduate of Chemistry from Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) with over twenty-five years of experience spanning academia, conglomerates, and the marketing industry. He brings strong expertise in company management and corporate affairs services, providing advisory support on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters.

Since joining the firm as an Associate Consultant, he has contributed significantly to enhancing client services through his broad industry exposure and hands-on experience. Ojomo has also attended several conferences and professional trainings on corporate affairs and management consultancy, further strengthening his capacity to deliver effective solutions.

Bayo Iyanda

Bayo Iyanda is a seasoned chartered accountant and forensic audit specialist with over 15 years of experience in audit, tax advisory, forensic investigation, IFRS compliance, and value-for-money audits across both public and private sectors.

He is an Associate Member of ICAN and CITN, a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators, a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and holds a degree in Bus Admin, from the University of Ilorin.

He has led and contributed to major national projects including the NNPC Joint Venture Forensic Audit, FIRS National Tax Audit, and statutory audits for public and private entities.

He has also facilitated key training programs, including sessions for PHRC (a subsidiary of NNPC Ltd) on tax compliance and the impact of recent tax reforms.
